I only recently began exploring the benefits of infrared light therapy and became quite interested. Thus, as is my custom I began researching these units looking for a quality product. I read up on more than a few of them and while this one by Hooga was a bit more expensive, it seemed to be the wise choice. And indeed it was and obviously, is the wise choice. I've only just begun using it and am already pleased with the results I can feel and see. My skin is beginning to have a better and healthier appearance after only a few sessions. And my sleep is improving as well. I've never been much of a sleeper, as it were and I feel it safe to say that my REM sleep was rather poor. These last few nights, my sleep is deeper, more restful. I am excited to see what other benefits await me in this arena of infrared light therapy.I must also say that the shipping time was expeditious and the packaging was beyond sufficient. This was most appreciated indeed. One last note here, if I may. I had made my purchase a few days prior to the infamous “Black Friday” sales that permeate our world for I had not given thought to the idea that this item might carry a lower price and/or coupon because of it. Well, I happened to look at the ad for this Hooga model on the day of the sale and noticed it now carried a $75.00 coupon when purchased. Well, I contacted Hooga and asked if anything could be done so that I could take advantage of this great coupon. They emailed me back promptly and said they understood my situation and so had already credited my account back for $75.00 amount as well as the sales tax. These folks certainly did not have to do this and I so much appreciated it. They have indeed won my loyalty. Thank you so very much!

My acupuncturist charges $100 per session in her red light therapy bed, which she calls her 'magic bed' After several sessions I was convinced and decided far more convenient & economical to invest in this personal panel & I'm so pleased I did...results have been exactly the same - Higher energy, tighter/glowing skin, little bumps on my skin have subsided and my chronic shoulder pain is almost gone! Have only had about a week and using most days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My mom coming for holidays and am excited for her to use...think it will improve many of her issues - supposedly even aides with dementia - a lofty claim, but wouldn't that be wonderful. fingers crossed!

After an unfortunate fall with a fracture to my shoulder, the pain has been quite intense for several months. After OTC and prescription meds failed to help, we looked for alternatives. We found Infrared light therapy through a local acupuncturist who used infrared to treat inflammation and pain. We purchased this unit and so far after 10 days there has been noticeable improvement in pain relief and increases in range of motion. I use it for 20 minutes per day. Hoping for continued improvement.

My Hooga was a long desired Christmas present. Had high hopes it'd alleviate inflammation issues and it has, along w being a helpful addition for other areas I've applied the unit; therapy really has benefits. The product is great, very substantial and reliable but the customer service bears attention too.I needed to reach out to the company and emailed as I couldn't find a number and needed a part we'd forgotten in a move. The response was instant and beyond generous: they're mailing the hanging kit part needed wo cost and couldn't have been nicer. If you're keen to adopt this modality for a host of areas, don't think you could find a better company.

I haven't used this product very long but I feel it has helped with joint pain and it's very relaxing. It will be interesting to see if I get continued results.

I broke my leg last year while hiking. After I walked for my regular five miles , my legs will hurt a lot at night. It's only been a few days for me to be using red light therapy and I sleep better because I don't get any pain in my legs. I had a wound on my big toe and it was getting scratched during the hot yoga sessions. But with red light it recovered in two days.
