Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. This fireplace is a fantastic addition to our room! The installation was straightforward, and it comes with two remotes for convenience. A unique feature is the privacy glass, which can be activated in the middle of the fireplace whenever you prefer not to have a see-through view.

I want to love the fireplace, but I'm struggling to switch it to transparent mode. The privacy screen remains active, and the customer service number in the manual doesn't provide assistance for fireplace issues. Despite numerous attempts to follow the instructions—holding the transparency button for five seconds—nothing changes. We keep receiving error codes like GLO, GL1, and GL2, which do nothing to help. I would appreciate a response to resolve this issue.

We love the fireplace, but it makes a noise when it's on. Our contractor explained that the issue is due to a warped tube inside. We hired both an electrician and a contractor for the installation, and unfortunately, the noise persists.

We have not installed our fireplace yet. We are a new construction project. It should be going in place by April at that time we will be glad to send a photo and review.
