Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. Amazing flame effects!

The flame effects on this fireplace are amazing! The PHAZER Log Set and glowing ember bed create such a realistic fire experience. The added NIGHT LIGHT is a lovely touch, making the room feel even cozier in the evenings.

The flames and the overall design are beautiful, and the heat output is great. However, I found the price to be a bit on the higher side compared to other models. If you’re willing to invest, it’s a good fireplace, but it’s a bit pricey for me.
