Its quite , moves a lot air . Im no electrician but after one quick email responce its wired and working like a champ . Refreshing to have a question responded to so quickly .

So quiet you can hardly hear it

Not sure what others who claim this fan is noisy are comparing it to, but I assure you this fan is as quiet as they come. I renovated my master bath and replaced an old VERY noisy fan. The one tip I can provide is to make sure you install it from the top down. I tried to install it from the bathroom up through ceiling and spent hours messing around to make it fit. Once I went through the attic and dropped it in, it literally took minutes. Live and learn! I'm ordering another for my 2nd bath remodel.

I purchased this ceiling exhaust fan for my new bathroom. It does not make noise like some other brands.

Not quite

The vent works great and very quiet after first few days I'd installation. It gradually becomes louder and louder. It like a helicopter in your bathroom.

A really, really great bathroom fan: powerful and extremely quiet. ( I had to return it due to my attic location was very near the outside wall and a valley ridge-beam... I just did not to have the room necessary to utilize it.)
