To return your product, you need to contact: hello@homebygratitea.com to get the address info.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The unit looks very good. Especially if one adds the doors (for another 300 bucks it is expensive). The fire appearance fools many into thinking it's a gas unit. The black surround is very nice.Have found electric fireplaces to be somewhat sketchy on quality and this is no different except that at $1600 we'd expect a bit more. The fan is a bit too loud and yet, even with it run to 220v, the heat output is not 4 star excellent. It will maintain a 400sf room on cold days but the output we would have expected more from. When heating stops the cooling fan is even louder than the one running while heating (or you hear it more as the heating element noise stops, either way...) and you will hear a crinkling metal sound as the element contracts. Acceptable but Dimplex proclaims this unit is silent. It certainly is not.The flame mechanism is not always silent. We replaced a unit because it squeaked right out of the box. The replacement also squeaked but it calmed down. We'd expect a sealed unit rotating those fires and if not? One you could lubricate. But, alas, no. Also the screws in the top of the unit once removed for access were now too small to go back in the holes. We left them out.The worst part is Dimplex has given various answers at various times as to whether the noises are normal. One CSR says yes. The 2nd says no. Third says yes. A replacement motor went 3 months undelivered. Finally that 2nd full unit was used to replace all.Dimplex put a lot of time into making it look good. But for $1600 the other items require addressing or for sure it's no better than having a Duraflame branded TwinStar item.
