I had it installed by a plumber. I don't know if an individual could do the install or not. It's very comfortable and I love the seat heat.
Love the product…..directions are horrible
It's not that big, meaning the seat, it's made for an average sized person. It seems a little lower than American brand toilets and the opening in the seat is smaller. My wife is under 5' tall and she loves it. It works well, 360 flush is excellent, the coating it has inside the bowel and the pre-mist feature prevents things from sticking. There is a learning curve to use the remote with all it's features but, it works really well. When removing the seat to clean make sure you unplug it first otherwise it won't work when you put it back. Follow the cleaning instructions as you don't want to damage the ceramic.
Nothing to dislike. Love the Bidet function, warm water and seat. It's also a bit taller than our old toilet which is more comfortable. Great product. Leave it to the Japanese.
Yes, I did buy this. And I had to have it installed and I had to have an electrician install and outlet for it to work. All that money later and after having this in my home for two months I am still happy I spent the time researching and the money making this happen. It works perfectly. The heated seat and nightlight are serious perks. At one point I considered not having the saved user settings but I am sure glad I did. I am seriously happy with this purchase. After having a standard tiny toilet in my master bath for two years, I am thrilled with this replacement. Clean clean clean.
