Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and, therefore, we cannot accept a return unless the item is found to be operationally faulty.
For quality issues, please contact hello@homebygratitea.com immediately so we can remedy the situation for you depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault).

After you returned the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
