Domestic USA Shipping: Your Napoleon Elevation X 42 Direct Vent Electronic Fireplace will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered to you between 5-10 business days.
Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost.
